THEY SAID IT

“We started the game off slow. I feel that we had the first game jitters and we had to overcome it.  Once we did that, we executed the game plan and that showed in the second quarter. As a team, we felt some outside pressure about the team that is rebuilding.  After this game, we feel showed everybody that Butler is back.”—Mike Tenned

“It’s our home-opener; we are going to be fired up
and ready to go. It is going to be fun playing against Whippany Park."—Chris Heredia, referring to next week's matchup.

Up Next—WhippanyPark next Friday at Butler Athletic Center, 7 p.m.
