Here are a few things going on in the Tri-Boro area this week.
A special presentation will be given at the Bloomingdale council meeting Tuesday.
Representatives from Burgis Associations will give a presentation about the proposed riverwalk in town. The meeting will be held in the Bloomingdale council chamber beginning at 7 p.m.
Vendors are still wanted for Bloomingdale Pride Day on Saturday, Sept. 28. The event is designed to foster a sense of community. More than 1,500 people attended the event last year. Applicants should contact Mayor Jonathan Dunleavy at 973-723-2695 for more information.
A special charity run will be held at 11 a.m. before Bloomingdale Pride Day begins. The race will help Bob Kochka, a Bloomingdale firefighter who was diagnosed with stage four Pancreatic cancer earlier this year.
The Kinnelon Environmental Commission will meet Thursday, Sept. 26 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Kinnelon Municipal Building.
