For some reason I never really cared for Pathmark, at least not the Kinnelon Mall location, since it opened 40 years ago. Maybe because there are no front windows. Also over the years I always found more out of date items there than in most other area supermarkets. I always preferred the old Kinnelon A&P whcih was in Meadtown located on Butler's Route 23 or the old Butler Grand Union then Butler Stop & Shop. And continued going to A&P in Pompton Plains then Pompton Lakes.Finally about 12 years ago I shopped there for the last time and never went back even after A&P took over the whole Pathmark chain after it went insolvent for the final time.
