Best dojo I've found for both myself and my children. Friendly, supportive instructors who do a wonderful job! If you're considering getting back in shape, do yourself a favor and stop by! Fitness with a purpose....so much better than a gym. Best part is that it's something the whole family can do together. We love it!
TOK has a wonderful teaching staff that will welcome you as part of their growing family . Hard work ,dedication and tradition will get you an the right path toward your goals . Children will gain self confidence ,discipline and a belief in themselves that no bully can touch .
Traditional Okinawan Karate of Kinnelon has a friendly teaching staff and a dedicated student body. The head instructor takes special interest in each student and the quality of instruction is the best in the area. If you have had previous experience or have just begun to think about training, go here first. They provide 2 weeks of free classes to enable you to make an informed decision. Try it! You will be happy you did!

A very welcoming dojo! Lots of great students and wonderful supportive instructors. Our classes have people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels - it doesn't matter who you are or how fit you are right now, you will be welcomed here!
The Traditional Okinawan Karate dojo is open 5 days per week. New students are allowed to try classes 2 weeks for free. There are no registration fees, testing fees or belt fees. The dojo gives you the uniform as a present when you sign up for your first month. The Dojo is a journey worth the trip.

One of the best karate experiences I've ever had. It's a community of people that want to practice good karate. Instructors all have a minimum of at least 5 years training. I always learn something new in each class.
