Unconscious Woman Charged With DUI, Cops Say
Police responded to call of woman slumped over her steering wheel to find her allegedly intoxicated.
After responding to a call of an unconscious woman in a car at Dunkin Donuts in Butler Tuesday, police said they determined the woman slumped over her steering wheel was drunk. Theresa Blair, 50, of Bloomingdale, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and issued a summons for failure to change her address, according to Butler police Capt. Ciro Chimento. Chimento said officers arrived at the parking lot of the Main Street coffee shop around 7:30 p.m. after a caller reported Blair to appear unconscious in a black Ford Mustang. Sgt.
