Yuki Hana Serves Sushi With a Side of Ambiance

Butler restaurant offers Japanese cuisine with a long list of specialty rolls.

Yuki Hana may sit on the busy highway of Route 23, but as you walk into the restaurant, you are transcended into a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with Japanese flair. The restaurant, which is named after the Japanese concept of “different beauty,” even has a Cherry Blossom tree and beautiful fish swimming around large tanks inside. Yuki Hana is not large, however it is extremely comfortable and inviting. My guest and I were seated at a booth that had a very large waterfall display at the end of the table, surrounding us with serene sounds during dinner. New Japanese Restaurant Open Christmas Day

Mizuki will be serving lunch and dinner at regular business hours on Christmas day.

If you are looking to go out to dinner this Christmas, and not feeling up for the typical Chinese take-out, drive on over to Mizuki Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar, located at 156 Main Street in Butler. The restaurant, which celebrated its grand opening this month, is open regular hours on Christmas Day (11 a.m.-3 p.m. for lunch and 4:30 p.m.-11 p.m. for dinner) and will be serving off of its regular menu.  My husband and I decided to try out the restaurant pre-Christmas so we could give Patch readers an honest opinion of this new  spot in case they wanted to go the day of.
