Nordrom Keni and TL are obviously JCPL employees. HR needs to take notice of their abuse to the clients who pay for their salaries. I am going to report Keni to JCPL after we get power. Learn some manners. You of course are not capable of comprehending what I wrote earlier and don't have the mental capacity or approtide to refute the content of the message. Name calling doesn't achieve your objectives or add to the discourse! Grow up!

    Shame on you Keni!

Does JCPL have a plan to start burial of cables. It has one million customers. If it attaches a $1 surcharge per month that's $12 million per year. A multiple of that eiuld take care of things in five years or so. Do it more efficiently than the nimbers you quoted. New areas must be mandated to have buried cable. We lost $50 billion in his storm--not counting the business losses. There is a ROI on this! Duh!

Gas stations should e allowed to charge an extra
Nicle till their generators are paid off.

Where is the plan Christie? Where is the oil Obama?

The press has a responsibility to raise these points instead of low-cost Human interest stories with no research find no real content.

    Calling the National Guards

When will you be called to bring oil to the Gas Stations and assistance to JCPL in figuring out how many trees fell down. It's been a week and JCPL is clueless. Apparently they can't count.

BTW: while helping the bozos at JCPL born some oil generators tonHome Depot and sell them in street corners.

You will be surprised how many gigs am kisses you will get

    Obama and Christie

Where are the convoys of oil tankers that should be providing gas an generators to the gas stations--son that millions won't die of cold

Shouldn't all gas stations he mandated to have back-up generators? Surely they can spare $2000 per gas station.
Ill pay a nicle more to the gas station that has the brains to think ahead

New Jersians. Next time you charge your cell at the local school call the Governor, the mayor and the White House.

I can't believe that Christie has not complained about the lack of support from Obama for NJ

It is unbelievable that Christie is sitting Fat Dumb and Happy and not after JCPL.

Obama should see up a crisis cell because it is obvious that Christie can't

And where is the Mayor of Parsippany? Hiding under a rock?

While motorists are slugging it out at gas stations and the Police is busy blocking roads--who is minding the farm?

Why is NJ so patient? JCPL can't even tell is "when" and Christie is complacent and spreading accolades! What's to celebrate about? Drive along Rt 10 or any other Rt at night and you see large expanses of blackout! What's up with that

And those stolid signs say "emergency --seek shelter"! Get real! The storm has come and gone. Give some real information!

    We need gas and power!

In haven't seen a JCPL truck in days!

And BTW the head honcho of JCPL should be hauled to court for not proving charging stations to the million of NJ residents who don't have power

If JCPL had any morality they would be transporting thousands of generators and renting them out and providing "rent to buy" options to general public

We would pay for the generator while these bozos figure out whose on first

Is FEMA asleep? Where are the disaster recovery plans? Who did the risk analysis for a storm?

No one has shown any sense of organization

Oh! And stop this "storm-of-the-century" crap. Except for the shore and Atlantic Cory--All NJ got was 90 mph wind and the entire system collapsed!

The next time we hear that cliche we should all puke together a la that new movie

Learn from CA. None of the traffic lights have solar power circuits. Some wind and they all die. All major state routes should have solar traffic lights so that the entire state doesn't shut down because JCPL is headed by incompetence goons!

Throw the buns out this election--

Jcpl Thy name is incompetence --there is no excuse for losing 90% of your clientele --and when will you begin thinking of underground electrocuted lines. NJ's power grid resembles a third world dump's slum areas. Most the newer cities in underdeveloped countries do not have the unsightly power lines on old wooden wooden poles. Ever heard of power lines under the earth son that they don't break when trees fall on them. Check out CA or VA

If JCPL doesn't bring NJs power grid into the 21st century the state should cancel their ability to do business in NJ and give it to someone who can

Sick and tired of JCPL ignorance, incompetence and sick of their excuses

Patience? Assessment my #^¥&. JCPL should have a dashboard map of their entire territory and should instantly know which grid station is down and why.

Their latest status was written by a middle school drop-out. A lot of words "a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing". A lot of verbosity and no information. I am shocked that the Governor and Mayors are buying this nonsense.

We should all be in front of JCPL offices. Give power to food places and to gas stations first. Who is in charge of this "repair effort"--the 3 stooges?

Stories about chopper rides should be fed to the bears. As soon as a line is down the map should light up and a truck dispatched

Set up concentric circles --and provide data
To the public about number of grid stations down and number of lines down. First Energy and JCPL should be able to redirect power through the grid and get it to a majority of the nodes within minutes and hours not weeks

The moron who wrote the article didn't put any dates!!! Which Wednesday? Which Friday?

Also the map put out by First Energy has pretty colors but no legend and no definition of "hard hit" areas

How about a real map by county, city and Subdivision with Expected Dates of Completion
