ReplyCannot CVS use the building where Drug Fair was to be on Union Ave. There are so many empty buildings around. Why must it always be on a very heavy traffic intersection.

ReplyMs. Robinson is absolutely correct. What is this building going to be used for? There have been quite a few fender benders and several major accidents at this intersection. What is needed is a delayed traffic signal on Union
Avenue going East. You cannot see the opposite lane which can either go straight or make a right hand turn onto Finderne Avenue towards 22. It is an all time mess. -

ReplySad, when the owner specifically stated in his will - no development. Why should we even pay lawyers to write one -- I agree about the water, BIG problem for the houses down hill - big problem

At the end of Wren Way is vacant land - why must everything be done where there are homes and people and which, by the way, can lower the property values. there are no doubt plenty of dead end street with no in or out access that could apply for this test as well as the one I mentioned above.
