  I have reported our outage here in Morris Plains 3 times and not a single crew has even driven down my street. A neighbor around the corner told me she saw a power guy today who told her they didn't even know about our problem and that it would take 7 - 10 days. 7 - 10 days from when? JCP&L has said 7 - 10 days since Tuesday or Wednesday1. And, how do they not know about the situation here...didn't they spend a whole day "assessing"? Unbelievable!
