I understand utilities are having a hard time, but we the people who pay our bills on time deserve to have better information provided. Lists of towns and the number of homes out of power is useless. Give me facts, timelines and expectations and I can respect that. I see no PSEG trucks, cannot talk with a human on the phone, and no real info is released to the press. No wonder we are angry. We are not idiots so why do they treat us like this?
