what does JCP and L do the other 360 days a year? Not one truck all week seen in dover, randolph, victory gardens, mendham, chester, roxbury ... is it still in business? and why not put utilities underground as part of a 15 or 20 year project? would save a lot of money, and time, and heartache...we look like a third world country once again that is falling apart fast
