The only way to get back at JCP&L's lack of regard for their customers is to initiate a class action suit. Bloomberg and Cuomo were able to pressure ConEd to get the hard hit downtown area up and running in 5 days, and we can't do the same? Where are the trucks from all over that are supposedly helping to restore power? Haven't seen one since the start of this nightmare (October 29 @ 7:30pm).
