  Day 5 and JCP&L continues its absenteeism from Long Valley and western Morris County. Do we have to pay our bill next month? JCP&L is clearly in way over their head.

  No JCP&L trucks to be seen anywhere in Long Valley. Roads still closed and lines still down all over the place with zero progress. What a disaster.
