I'm convinced we not get in power back until December. Jcp&l is useless and so are there customer service ppl answering the phones. What is the point if having them take calls If the only information they can provide is the information we already see on their website!! Furthermore she GUARANTEED that everyone without power would have it by Sunday night. Just another load of bull if u ask me.

We need to call a town netting ASAP for Washington Township get a rep from jcp&l to be there so we can voice our concerns. I'm all for being patient but its running super thin after 10 days powerless!!

I Spoke with someone from JCP&L on Monday about getting power back in the Long Valley area - he said if we are lucky today, but more likely to be Thurs/Fri. I called again yesterday - because at this point I dont care how many times I call and I got a diff answer. This time the woman I spoke with said we my not have power until Nov. 16th!! We need to some how get this issue escalated. There are down wires and poles all over the place and I have not seen 1 truck out working anywhere near this area!
