Maybe Jacob Ford (where i live) is on the same station as you, as we're not that far away - perhaps we'll come on at the same time when whatever needs to be fixed is. I'm confused because I think somebody posted that Normandy has power - maybe they're on a different station even though they're right between us. Who knows.

ReplyWould love to see something similar to the above from JCP&L - it would at least allow us to plan a little better.

ReplyJust wondering - the Mayor of Madison called out JCP&L for their handling of this matter, particularly their lack of communication with municipalities. No outrage from Mayor Dougherty? I'm guessing he's going to tell us that they're doing a fine job, just like during Irene. Fail. Epic fail.

ReplyBernadette - I'm in Jacob Ford as well. Was told by JCPL last night that it was due to a downed tree on a line, and that they were aware of it (I believe the phrase they used was "there's a work order entered" or something to that effect). They still wouldn't commit to a time estimate for it being fixed though.

Any word on the apartments at Jacob Ford Village? Restoring them as welll as the other nearby apartments would go a long way to getting the numbers up.
