ReplyHopatcong has been out since Monday at 6:53p. We have dozens of do ned trees, poles and wires. There have been no cleanup efforts aside from the local residents. Trees are still blocking the roadways and wires in the middle of the streets. I have called JCP&L and all they say is thar they cannot give an estimate of any service being restored. I do understand that this was a freak of q storm and that initiql reports stated 7-10 days and its only been 4. However letes get some accurate estimates here please. They say that power has to be restored from within but yet noone has done crap around here. Not one truck believe me.

Completely beyond unacceptable. Someone needs to come out with the truth. There are some parts of town with poles tipping over and trees still on the ground. I understand we took a hard hit but with all of the workers they supposedly have working 16 hour shifts I'd believe their would be some more progress than this.
