There is a JCPL substation on my street
175 Center Street in Roxbury. I live on that street and we've had no power since Monday night at 7 p.m. I have 2 children in my house and I also have asthma and we are freezing, we have no water, we cannot use the toilet or take showers. Please explain to me how it's possible that I live down the street from JCP and L and have no power And have not seen any trucks go up or down our street in the last 3 days. This is Pathetic and inhumane. There are no trees down or power lines down On our street so what excuse can they possibly have for this?
